DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS BEFORE YOU CAN TAKE A CBT COURSE / DAS COURSE
-
We only have a fixed number of places every weekend for CBT's and the same goes for DAS Courses.
Once you have booked, your place will not be offered to anyone else - and they will be turned down. So if
you subsequently change your mind, you will lose your deposit.
-
Doing a CBT / DAS course requires that you hold a valid UK driving licence (BOTH parts -
the Photocard and the Paper Counterpart). A valid UK passport is also acceptable
instead of the Photocard. You still need the paper counterpart. This is a
requirement by law. We will not conduct a CBT / DAS Course without the above paperwork. If you
turn up on the day without both parts of your UK driving licence - you will be sent
back and your deposit withheld. If you need another CBT / DAS date, you will need to pay in full
for another booking.
-
For a CBT / DAS course - licences from any other country (European Union included) have to
be accompanied by a UK paper Conterpart licence. If you turn up on the day with just a
licence from your native country (non-UK) - you will be sent back and your deposit withheld.
If you need another CBT / DAS date, you will need to pay in full for another booking.
-
To obtain a UK driving licence or a UK paper counterpart for your foreign licence please
visit your local post office - they have all the necessary application forms.
(Without the document below, we cannot conduct a CBT)
